One to One Pilates

 

These sessions (conducted in the client's home) are for those who:

 

  • Suffer from chronic muscular pain.

 

  • Have postural imbalances or flexibility issues that are affecting movement.

 

  • Are coming back from injury and need a tailored Pilates programme to rebuild strength and confidence.

 

  • Have a recurring injury.

 

  • Are hesitant about joining a Pilates class, or simply prefer to exercise in the privacy of their own home.
