One to One Pilates
These sessions (conducted in the client's home) are for those who:

Suffer from chronic muscular pain.

Have postural imbalances or flexibility issues that are affecting movement.

Are coming back from injury and need a tailored Pilates programme to rebuild strength and confidence.

Have a recurring injury.
-
Are hesitant about joining a Pilates class, or simply prefer to exercise in the privacy of their own home.
