Nutrition for Young Mothers
Advice for post-natal mothers, encouraging them to replace the nutrients that pregnancy will have drawn from their bodies, and to look at how best to nourish themselves to maintain energy levels and sanity (!) post- birth. Coping strategies including exercise and relaxation are also explained, together with common sense advice to get through the first year of the baby's life, whilst regaining their figures in a sensible and sustainable way.
