Change for the Better - Talk 1:  For women aged 45-60

This talk was for women who are:

- lacking a sense of purpose now thirr children had left home.

- find it hard to manage ther weight.

- struggle with haywire hormones.

- Feeling that they're not really in control of things.

Change for the Better, was the first of my new talks for women; this enjoyable, informative & enlightening evening helped them to understand how to...

- Break out of the doldrums and take the initiative.

- Eat and exercise smarter to look sleeker, sleep better and gain loads more energy.

- Forge a new exciting direction.

Change for the Better - Talk 2:  For mothers of school-age children

Aimed at mothers of school-age children who are worried about energy levels, lack of sleep and expanding waistlines, this, my second Change for the Better talk, tackled how to eat clever, exercise effectively, manage your family's health and sleep patterns, your temper and your children's tantrums, and discover how to prepare for the upcoming changes in your body.

I talked about healthy food, positive attitudes, taking exercise that fits in with our hectic lifestyles, managing stress and sugar levels, and making  time for ourselves!

In the warm surroundings of the Bakery Cafe, we ate a delicious (and healthy) supper, while I described how eating and exercising smarter can help everyone manage their moods and gain a sleeker body, and how to nurture their health now in order to be ahead of the game when perimenopause arrives.

I'm Menopausal, Get me Out of Here!

Two back to back workshops at the Eastbury Hotel in Sherborne where two lovely audiences learnt why the weight goes on during menopause and which types of exercise can help keep it off; they discovered the foods that reduces menopausal symptoms; methods of relaxation that help manage hormone levels; HRT and its many alternatives; shedding that 'cloak of invisibility' and becoming 'best in class'; how best to rediscover lost mojo and to feel like a woman again.
